Enrique and Destiny inspected inside and outside to find all the places that squirrels or mice may be entering the house, and provided clear explanations of their findings (and showed us all that they could).
They clearly explained all steps in the process, and have been very professional, courteous and friendly. They've been back multiple times over the Christmas holiday season to check traps and to close the traps when they couldn't make it back for a few days.
