My daughters and I have been going to Ann for many, many years since the salon opened. She is our favorite for eyebrows, especially. But we also go to her for manicures and pedicures too. We love Ann for her professionalism, outstanding customer service, and quality services.Services: Manicure

I had a manicure done at this salon two weeks ago. Unfortunately, some parts of the gel started to peel off my nails in the following days, which left me feeling disappointed. At the time, I was unaware that I could return to have my nails repaired. However, after two weeks, I decided to stop by the salon and show them the issue with my nails. They were quick to offer a solution and fixed the problem free of charge by completely removing the gel and applying a new one.When I requested to change the nail polish color this time, the technician was accommodating and agreed to do it, despite the salon policy being to use the same color for repairs. As a guy, it has always been daunting to walk into a nail salon. I followed Ann from another location because she made me feel comfortable and always does an excellent job. She always makes me feel like the most important customer. Ann introduced me to her mom, Jennifer, and they both do an outstanding job. I will wait until either are available. It’s always hard to find a reputable place that doesn’t make me feel uncomfortable as I walk in as so may nails salons have prior to running into Ann.Service: Pedicure
