I always have a good experience at Great Clips in Southern Walk Plaza. Len is my usual stylist and remembers how to cut my hair, so I can just sit down and enjoy the excellent service. I recommend this business to anyone looking for very good service at a great price!Services: Haircut

As a black woman with Afro hair, I can see that they are not TRAINED ON HOW TO MANAGE OUR HAIR TYPES at all!! I’ve been to both Brambleton and Broadlands location in different occasions and it was almost the same treatment. Recently went back to Brambleton for trimming my needs again and I noticed my hair was uneven especially in the back!! I tried going back another day to have them fix it but the wait for so long; so I left and went to Broadlands where they didn’t have a long wait! I explained to the manager what happened at the other salon and they were willing to help fix it and the trim looked soo much better afterwards but that means they had to cut more hair...read full review
