I have been using Inova Primary Care for years. I am now 77. The doctors are wonderful. Today I had a wonderful experience with two people, Taylor and Kristen. I did not know how to navigate the various technical things to get an online appointment. Since I needed information for a next day test, I needed a lot of help. Taylor was amazing. She was kind and took the time to walk me through everything. Kristen did my online appointment and was able to order medicine I needed. I wish everyone was as nice as they were. Two wonderful persons. Thank you.
I loveee this Inova location. I have been coming here for the last 7 years. Dr. Pylypko is an amazing doctor. She is very thorough, makes me feel heard, and addresses my concerns. Everyone working there has been fantastic.
