Based on the reviews, Warby Parker Pentagon City has an amazing team that is extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The staff is attentive, delightful, and happy to answer any and all questions. The eye exam experience is simple, smooth, efficient, and comfortable, using modern exam technology. There is a great selection of glasses with variety and affordability of frames. The staff provides excellent service, taking time to guide customers on which frames suit their face and taking measurements with care. The team makes the process easy, efficient, and fun. Customers received great service for adjustments and cleaning kits. The service, care, and prices are why customers highly recommend this location and will continue to return.
All the staff were super helpful - from the doc that gave me my eye exam, the person that repaired my old Warby Parker glasses, the people that helped me pick new frames, and the person willing to figure out how to make Insurance pay for some of the cost :) I've gone to this location for a while and will keep coming back while I live in DC
Excellent experience at this location from start to finish. The time, patience, precision, and care that the staff & doctor provided to myself and my two children was phenomenal. As soon as I walked through the threshold of the door I was greeted and once asked my name, they said that they were anticipating my family’s arrival and immediately started our preliminary examinations. My children felt at ease and were able to get through their exams with ease due to the doctors wonderful bedside manner and relatable personality. I would recommend Warby Parker to everyone and specifically this location. Thank you for all that you do.
This location was able to accommodate a same day appointment request after a previous appointment at a different retailer didn't work out. The lady who scheduled my appointment was knowledgeable and answered questions about eye exam fees and even the best mall entrance door to enter to reach the location effortlessly. Once at the location, all personnel were friendly and the doctor was accommodating, knowledgeable ressurring and patient. After my eye exam, the associates helped me pick some amszing frames. All pricing was upfront with no hidden costs. My experience was a 10 out of 10, and I highly recommend them.
