The staff is attentive, delightful, and happy to answer any and all questions. The eye exam experience is simple, smooth, efficient, and comfortable, using modern exam technology. There is a great selection of glasses with variety and affordability of frames. The staff provides excellent service, taking time to guide customers on which frames suit their face and taking measurements with care. The team makes the process easy, efficient, and fun. Customers received great service for adjustments and cleaning kits. The service, care, and prices are why customers highly recommend this location and will continue to return.

I was absolutely blown away by my first experience at Warby Parker Pentagon City!! The staff were all very friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and happy to answer my (many) questions. The eye exam was very smooth and efficient and I was very impressed by the modern exam technology available to make the process so easy and comfortable. I also appreciated the variety and affordability of frames. This experience was great, and I’m looking forward to my next visit!
