Incredibly efficient and zero wasted time. I could understand lower ratings from those wanting to chat or needing to wait for something but with the efficient professional mindset in mind in advance of my visit, my expectations were met and exceeded.
Terrific experience. The doctor is quick and efficient. He takes the time to explain everything in detail and answers questions but doesn’t spend unnecessary time on small talk.
Most importantly, the eye exam isn’t his gateway to selling high-margin frames. I was in and out with my prescription in 15 minutes.
If no one answers the phone, leave a message, he does get back to you. And build in time to get there early, Costco’s parking lot is a mess.
