My family and I have been to Dr. Tran multiple times and he's always professional. He's quick but thorough to the point that he made my prescription better and more appropriate than previous eye doctors did. He saw me for an urgent exam to get a piece of a contact out of my eye and had it done in less than three minutes! GREAT eye doctor!
I was originally nervous to go here looking at past reviews, but I had a great experience. Friendly staff, easy process. The doctor was very fast to do the tests which isn't a bad thing. Straight and to the point.
Really appreciate Ms. Hajima at the Pentagon City store. I purchased eyeglasses there a couple of years ago. Yesterday, I bent the frame. Came into the store this morning and asked her if they were repairable. She immediately said she would try and went to work. 10 minutes later they were on my face, expertly adjusted. Very proficient and professional, and smiling and cordial! When I need my next pair, it is back to Costco! Thank you!
