If your eyes feel fine and your prescription hasn't changed, this was by far the cheapest and most efficient way to renew it. Dr. Tran was fast and highly professional. You'll be in and out within 20 minutes if you show up on time for your appointment.
Lisa in the optical department was very helpful and patient today with a complicated paperwork procedure. She explained everything to me clearly and appeared to know what she was doing. I got to Costco first thing , which was helpful to us both because there are interruptions with the phone and the line builds up. I was very pleased with my experience today.
I came in to have my glasses repaired after doing a butchery job on them and a very kind associate was able to help me within minutes. Her name was Ana and got me in and out very quickly. And free of charge. Thanks so much
