I've taken Restorative Yoga classes with Lara, nutrition counseling with Chrissy, and prenatal massage with Gisele at the Art of Health. All very different things and all things I would highlight recommend. All of the Art of Health staff are caring, professional, and really, really good at what they do. I'll be a client there for a long time and would recommend it without reservations to others.

I have just moved to the area and thankfully was able to book an appointment with Hannah for a deep tissue massage. I frequently have back problems and that day I was in extreme pain and unable to sit, lay on my back, or bend over. Hannah asked questions before my massage and kept checking in with me during the massage regarding the pressure (which was excellent). With her knowledge of anatomy and brilliant technique she was able to find my tight muscles and knots and give me relief. I saw Peter for a 60 minute massage and it was absolutely fantastic! Peter clearly has extensive knowledge of anatomy and the muscles. His work is very therapeutic and helped relieve so much of my muscle tension. He asked plenty of questions prior to the massage and checked in about pressure which I found to be very helpful. His work is perfectly calming and very productive. The space is gorgeous, clean and offers a wonderful environment for healing. I would highly recommend this space and Peter!
