Our furnace stopped working. It's winter and of course the temperature was in the 20s!! We were freezing!!! Ernesto Cruz, the owner of Salvation Home Service responded quickly and efficiently. He told us we needed a new motor for the furnace. It took only a day for his team to order the parts and for Ernesto to install the new parts. Ernesto was responsive, communicative, and thorough. He patiently answered all my questions and was able to replace my water heater quickly. Ernesto and Hugo worked well as a team and were so kind and pleasant. They left everything very clean and took time to walk me through everything I needed to know about the new heater.
