I am disappointed by my experience today. I drove about 20 minutes to visit after seeing so many positive reviews. The plants were beautiful and reasonably priced, which made me excited to shop there.
Unfortunately, the customer service did not match the reviews. As someone who is new to plant care, I had a few questions, and the woman working around 4:00 PM on Wednesday, June 24 seemed very disinterested and unwilling to help.

Rewild never disappoints anyone! It’s the best place to go when it comes to plants. The staff here genuinely love plants and are so knowledgeable about them! I bought lots of plants from them and attended workshops. The conversations are always so helpful and informative. It might be a bit pricey compared to the grocery store, but the service and after-purchase care are just phenomenal!

They took the time to explain which plants are pet-safe and which ones can be toxic to cats, which was extremely valuable for us as pet owners.
