I really appreciate cat-only clinics — the staff are always so attuned to feline needs and provide wonderful care. I’ve been taking my cat to NOVA Cat Clinic for three years and highly recommend it to other cat parents. The vets and techs are sensitive to my cat’s preferences, gentle during exams, and take time to explain everything clearly. When my cat shows signs of stress, they never push; instead, they suggest coming back another day for bloodwork if needed, which makes visits much more comfortable for all of us. The staff took excellent care of my senior cat! It was a calm environment which helped my cat feel comfortable and not so stressed. All of the staff were so kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Tores explained the exam and results well. I felt like they really listened to my concerns too!
I recently boarded my cat at NOVA Cat Clinic for a week. Not only did they have excellent top tier care but Susana did an amazing job sending updates with so many adorable pics (she definitely deserves a raise!). I felt so much better and was able to enjoy my vacation knowing my cat was in good hands. I am so happy that I have found a place that has such great vet and boarding care. I will definitely be boarding my cat here again! This is truly a million stars/5 stars place! NOVA cat clinic has it all!
