I am genuinely surprised to see any negative reviews of this place. It may just be that people will negative things to say are more likely to post.Dr Vo is an excellent doctor. Knowledgeable and thoroughly addresses every concern I have.The nursing staff has also always been very helpful. Responsive and very friendly.

Doctors/staff - 5 Stars; Scheduling service - 0 stars.The doctors and staff are amazing! But getting in touch with them is near impossible. If you call the scheduling service, you will be advised there are 20+ calls ahead of you and you will never get ahold of anyone. You can try and schedule online, but the doctors book way in advance, so if you have an urgent issue, this place isn't the way to go.

Drs seem well educated and knowledgeable of their fields, but wait times, bedside manor and overall atmosphere will make sure I never come back. I missed a lab screening because they took so long the first time and rescheduled, this time it was my fault and they happily rescheduled. I get to the building, they send me to another room as apparently lab isn't where the other appointment was, no problem. I get over to lab and it's a screen sign in system where the desk ladies aren't very helpful or greeting you. Than when it was my turn to go up she didn't want to search my insurance (apparently required to have an up to date card, even if it's the same network you were last time) regardless if that's my fault this is where things go bad. They wanted to charge me $115 for lab screening that's free w/ my insurance almost anywhere else. After I said I'd want to think about it. The lady looked at me weird and as I came back to get validation for parking lied and said they didn't have it (I'm guessing to avoid an argument for not validating cause I didn't want to pay their absurd price after insurance).
