I initially went to see Dr. Casadaban but ended up meeting all the doctors on rotation during my pregnancy. They are all great, friendly, compassionate and efficient. Wait time is not terrible. Highly recommend!

The doctors here are highly skilled and experienced professionals. Everyone was great. The reason for the one star is the billing department of this practice, which was unfortunately incompetent. I provided correct and current insurance information to them during my visit, but the billing department failed to properly submit the claims to get reimbursed. After almost one year of trying to resolve the issue for the provider (30+ phone calls and emails with the provider and insurance companies), I had to submit the claims on their behalf, even though I'm not supposed to, given that they are an in-network provider. The doctors here are highly skilled and experienced professionals. I saw all the doctors during my pregnancy. Everyone was great, even if the wait can be long. Doctor Paik also delivered my daughter safely, which was greatly appreciated. I received excellent care during the entire process. The reason for the one star is the billing department of this practice, which was unfortunately incompetent.
