I had an emergency raccoon invasion in my attic, and they came out on a Sunday afternoon to plug the hole and protect home from water damage. They had to come back a second time to plug the hole before they could fix it permanently. Once we had a good day, they came out and got the job done and it was perfect. “Keith with Diamond Gutters went up on my roof to assess what, if any work, needed to be done. After receiving several assessments from other companies, with high costs, Keith told me, while the roof was dirty, with spotty areas of moss, he would remove the moss with a soft brush and spay with a solution to keep the moss from returning. Since the roof is also dirty due to the surrounding trees, he could wash the entire roof. He did not say it was necessary, but if it bothered me, he would. I found Keith was honest and because of his honesty, I saved hundred of dollars.“

He examined my roof and took pictures so I had a visual for our discussion. He answered all of my questions, provided brochures that showed the step by step roofing process that he would use for the repairs. He also took pictures of the completed work as well, front mansard roof and trim. He and his team hauled away all job related debris and cleaned the area.
