Our experience was overall very positive when it comes to the systems we got (Sediment filter, ClearWave Terra to address acidity, ClearWave Ferro to remove iron and soften water, UV light system to deal with bacteria, and an under the sink reverse osmosis system for drinking water in our kitchen) and their installation.
The overall system price was competitive and the company was responsive and organized, including in their follow-ups regarding installation scheduling. I contacted the company for RO system installed from other company and annual maintenance pricing. The quoted long-term service costs felt high to me compared to the overall system value, so I decided not to proceed. Sharing this for pricing transparency.
