Ok - where to start? Is it inappropriate to say that having CHS on retainer for all our everyday (and sometimes very unexpected) needs is like having a warm blanket on a chilly night? I think not. Whether it’s a handle that fell off (that I simply can’t fix) or a cracked step, they are careful, efficient and prompt. But what really endeared me to them was when they came to our rescue on a small kitchen remodel of ours. They (especially Jose!!!) fixed mistakes of cabinet suppliers, went over in excruciating detail replacement orders and then corrected our countertop fabricator on the structural integrity of our walls. We've been CHS clients for many years and have absolutely loved the peace of mind of knowing our regular and emergency home maintenance is being managed by pros. This is a huge time-saver and leaves out the guess work. In the last few years, we also started using CHS for small remodeling jobs and even minor mold remediation--jobs that are typically hard to find someone to do. The finished product is always top-notch. They are consistently prompt, professional and courteous. Highly recommend!
