I moved to Virginia from NYC hoping I find a Dominican salon that reminds me of back home. Luckily I found Yahaira; she always gives me the most voluminous Blowouts. I also let her cut my hair in long layers and it’s grown beautifully.. She doesn’t cut extra, unless it’s needed (dead ends). Overall, she treats me so good and attends me as soon as I walk in.
