I am a aesthetics student of The Skin Care Center. I have attended a large school before (Aveda) and while this school is much smaller and not super fancy, the skill level of the owner and instructor is by far beyond the level of training and education I was receiving at Aveda. I feel like I am learning twice as much every day. I am learning more with different technologies and techniques. We have a multitude of options at our finger tips to learn daily. Azita invests in the best of the best when it comes skincare products and machines. I'm so happy that I transferred. I feel like I'm an important member of my class. Not just a number in a room.

I went today for the body wrap. The place was clean and everyone was very friendly. They explained on the phone how they do the wrap. So if you are expecting more that is your own fault. I enjoyed it and will go back. They do need a bigger sign on the door.

I bought a groupon for a body wrap for The Skin Care Center because I read it helps you lose inches and shed some pounds. I was skeptical, but I am in a wedding Memorial Day weekend so I thought I'd give it a chance, not to mention it was a great deal. I'm happy I did! Its is a small, cute place and the owner was really nice. After I checked in she gave me a 20% coupon to use for my next visit. I went into a room where she used a brush to scrub off dead skin, rubbed the gel on me, and then I was wrapped in plastic and a warm blanket. I was so relaxed that I fell asleep and woke up sweating. I guess the sweat is a good thing because that's how you rid your body of toxins....read full review
