The service was excellent. I didn't have to wait long, The staff was very helpful and friendly and made sure that I understood everything. The PA was very professional and explained everything to me about my injuries. She was also very kind.
Edit 2: Finally got my refund today. If they ask you to overpay for your co-pay, best get on top of the refund ASAP or they may forget about it.
Edit: 2 months later while doing upkeep on my FSA account and I still have not gotten my refund. I had to contact my healthcare provider again today to restart the process. Hopefully their payroll department follows through this time.
I've been to this location a couple of times and the service there is fast and efficient as others have mentioned.
