We have been patients of Dr. Batman for years now, who's been phenomenal every time we needed her. The office staff is helpful and professional and the PAs are also very knowledgeable and caring. Highly recommend.
Friendly, informative staff, Dr. Ducic is supposed to be great as well, was highly recommended. Didn't end up being a good fit based on our current care choices but appreciate how helpful and respectful they were regardless.
Edit #2: I provided all necessary information to Patricia, the office manager. I’m changing my rating ONLY because of her. She did apologize more than once and informed me of issues that they, themselves have with my carrier. She educated me on exactly what I needed. My call to her was quick and informative. Even if she didn’t mean it 100%, LOL, that simple apology changed my rating from a 1 star to 3.
Edit: I confirmed with my sister who is a supervisor at GW, that the insurance could be verified with a social. It’s as if I thought, there was a problem with me. If she couldn’t do it, I counted at least 4-5 ppl behind the desk, that possibly could have...read full review
