“I just found this fantastic place for my physical therapy needs. The therapists at the Fusion Rehab and Wellness are very friendly, very knowledgeable and very dedicated. I felt that all of them wanted me to succeed, making sure that I exercised effectively, and encouraged me and praised me when I achieved the expected level of improvement.
It will be my place to go if I ever need help again. My friends and family will know about this place too.
I have no words to express my appreciation to Dr. Kimberly Tyborowski for giving me hope and tools to continue my recovery.

“I cannot recommend this office enough. I began seeing Vanessa Meyer for hand therapy 2x a week in April 2025, transitioned to 1x a week in May, and then every other week in September, before graduating in December. She was able to help me advance from barely being able to bend my fingers on my left hand to being able to do virtually anything with it. Working with her was an absolute joy, and I trusted her to only push me as far as I could safely go. The front desk staff were also so kind and excellent at their job, helping me schedule and transition to out-of-pocket payments once my coverage for the year ran out. I would often transition to doing exercises with the techs, and they were also kind, supportive, and attentive. I am so excited that I have reached a place in my recovery that I was able to graduate, but I sure do miss seeing these lovely people. This office has such a special place in my recovery journey story, and I am forever grateful for their care.“

Brittiny was my therapist and she is extremely knowledgeable and applied that knowledge to my treatment and I was able to graduate from PT in a short period of time, having applied my homework to my daily routine to get the maximum results from the program applied and left with the knowledge of how to maintain the improvements achieved going forward! Cannot recommend this location enough. Superb staff across the board from the personnel scheduling and checking you in to the therapists attending to patients.“

“I walked in without an appointment expecting to get an appointment in a month or so. Well that was not the case, I was given a spot shortly after walking in. Talk about being so elated not having to wait a number of months for service with a specialist.
During my visit I started with e-stem which focuses on stimulation to your specific body part. Next I went to the roller bed for a complete massage of my back. Finally the visit with doc which was a home run. She focused on all issues that were exacerbated with unique precision.

“PT checked with me each visit to ask about my symptoms, movement and how I was feeling. Then gave me exercises that would help to eliminate those symptoms. I always left feeling better.“

“I have been coming to Dr. Flores for a little over a month and I feel so much better. Much of my back pain is gone and I am starting to be able to get back to doing the things that I want to do. Dr. Flores is gentle, and very patient, constantly asking me how different techniques feel for me and always providing a lot of information during each treatment. “I had a Groupon 60 minute signature massage with Melvin. It was amazing, head to toe. He broke down every little knot in my muscles and offered valuable health & wellness advice.

I appreciated the online scheduling system since I'm not a phone person. It was pretty straightforward so I'm not sure what everyone's complaining about. I filled out my application in advance so we had ample time to communicate over email to schedule my appointment. It would be much more efficient if they had a system on their website to show what slots they have available so that you can just pick one that suits you. Anyway I had a great experience and will be coming back“
