OrthoVirginia Physical Therapy: Springfield

I have met some solid doctors at Ortho VA and of the four of them, Dr. Michael Antonis is among the best orthopedic I have ever seen. Truly some great talent there, and both OT and PT experiences were positive......but as a business and from a customer service perspective, they are seriously lacking professionalism and customer care. I have waited way too long past my scheduled appointment time on too many occasions and I just went to my 2nd appointment for an MRI to find out that ORTHOVA mistakes meant my morning off of work was wasted. I'm taking my business elsewhere, despite some great doctors and very strong OT/PT departments.

I have 2 excellent physical therapists. Both are knowledgeable, professional, personable and highly effective! Techs are also great. The only hesitation I have with leaving a good recommendation is knowing this may lead to increased competition for prime PT time slots. :-)

I have received services from OrthoVA for a few years (knees, shoulder, hand, etc.) and I have only had one issue with on doctor (as you are assigned to a doctor based on your issue, if you do not have one in mind - when making an appointment). From the doctors who did my foot surgery to the treatments for hand hands and knees, OrthoVA has been a welcomed addition in my healthcare and I am very sorry I will no long be able to use them because of my move :-(. As with any doctor, read reviews before making appointments but I would recommended OrthoVA to anyone needing orthopedic care.
