The women is very knowledgeable & is passionate about health & healing.
Ideally one should go for multiple sessions of one desires to truly see & feel a difference in their wellness. It’s def not a one stop shop, although it can be. One session will still help cleanse, release & remove things that have been stuck for years.
At moments I experienced some cramps but I just breathed through them. Sometimes it’s uncomfortable to release things we’ve been holding on to for a while.

Barbara spoke to me at length to make sure I understood all the instructions she personally designed for me I.... she wanted to make sure I understood all the instructions prior to and after my procedure. She was most patient and answered all my questions. Carla was a carbon copy of Barbara. Oh and let me not forget to mention the man of the hours, Dr. Heron. Weeks prior to my procedure, Dr. Heron also called me to follow up to make sure I understood the process, he was patient, knowledgeable and put me at ease. On the day of the procedure, Dr. Heron and Carla took the time to sit with me and my husband to explain all that was about to take place and made sure they had exhausted all of our questions. The procedure was easy peasy and I experienced no pain, just a little discomfort. Dr. Heron talked to me throughout the procedure and told me what he was doing as he was doing it. I trust my desired outcome will be successful because I trust Dr. Heron and will do exactly as instructed post-op.“
