This office firmly establishes the principal that the medical profession is a business and is no longer about building relationships, expanding the health knowledge and wellness of patients, and generally providing respectful engagement between doctor and patient. I visited NOVA Patient Care in October 2023, with the intention of selecting Dr. Richard Morris as my new primary care physician. Do Not Trust This Practice! Nova Patient Care is a dishonest, deceitful service provider. Expect to pay significant additional out of pocket expenses even when you are In-Network! Also expect them to take up to a full year to reconcile payments from your visit. And on top of it all, expect them falsify information and dates on your billing statement to make sure they get more money out of each patient. Good Luck if you go here.

I requested a new patient appointment with Nova Patient CRe in Alexandria, VA. I was told I would be scheduled for 2 separate appointments as a new patient. An intake and a physical. I asked the lady in the phone what the address was and she responded by telling me I would receive a text message with that info. (Red flag #1). I received the text with a link (no details in the text). I followed the link to a page with very small text and requests for photos of my ID and insurance card. I completed the forms and had to search for the address on the page. I finally found it. Only an address with office number.
