The estimate was free which often makes me suspect that the person assessing is going recommend some kind of repair to generate revenue. Grant informed us that the foundation and everything in the crawl space of the home was in great condition and doesn’t recommend any repairs. We didn’t end up paying anything to BASEco but Due to Grants honesty and kindness, we will be definitely be requesting their services if we even need work done!”
