We contracted with Polyfoam Solutions to lift and stabilize our front porch, stairs and landing. We were aware of a significant void for some time and weren't sure how to address it as it appeared to be as much as a foot of erosion below porch and stairs. We aren't sure how it all remained attached to the foundation.
While the effort required more material than was originally estimated, we were happy to work with Samson to cover the extra materials.
