Alan gave me a call the first time just before 8pm one night. I work early morning so I leave for work early. Call me during day it’s better. 2 days go by he calls and was very bland on the phone. Says I’ll email you quote and several hours go by right before bed I shoot him a text about the quote he says he’ll have it to me tomorrow. It felt super put off and not worth my time. I asked how far out was he on building and he said December. I replied I was no longer interested as other competitors were easier to respond with abs not giving me the run around and pushing out 5 months for a building.Service: Metal building construction

We remodeled our Sugarhouse bungalow home with Northstar. We had looked for a more open, modern home in the area and there were none, so we decided to keep our great location and get the house of our dreams right there! Tim our PM and Taylor (business development) were patient, and great to work with. They kept us within the budget we agreed and delivered our contemporary home within the timeframe we agreed. People stop to look at our house. Recommended.
