I was having a really hard time with my water heater, until I called Balfour Plumbing. Within a few minutes they were able to tell me that my water heater was still under warranty and could replace it that day. The service men were polite, cleaned up after themselves, and communicated clearly. I have never had better service. I will be using Balfour again.
We have used Balfour Plumbing on multiple occasions. They installed an ADA high-efficiency toilet for us. Balfour employees are courteous, polite, and on time and do incredible work.
