“Anna at DTails is the best! She does our Bernadoodle Berlin in the fanciest way. I know when I pick up my dog she is always going to look so awesome and smell good. After I get her done everyone wants to pretty her and comments on how soft and pretty she is. Highly recommend👍“

“I don’t post reviews often, however I need to say how wonderful Idlewire is. My husband and I are first responders with a German Shepherd who’s in training to be my service dog. While I’m at work, he gets to play, have friends, get tired, and he LOVES going. I get the best report cards, the staff responds to my obnoxious texts when he and or I are being DRAMATIC… having somewhere safe for my best friend is more gratitude then I can put into words. He got a scratch on his nose (probably deserved it he’s a punk 🤣) and they were swift to take care of it and called me immediately! Honestly, I love these guys. Thank you over and over again.“

She even listened to concerns I had about ear infections and food getting stuck in their beards and she adjusted their haircuts accordingly to make life at home easier. She is amazing at her job and very knowledgeable about pets beyond their hair. I’m looking forward to our next appointment with her!“

“My daughters have insisted on our cat Hampton getting cut every three months for the past handful of years. Initially, we tried several different places in the area even going to Salt Lake. Once we tried Ruth we have been pleasantly surprised. She is quick, caring and reasonably priced.
We highly recommend Soft Paws for dogs and cats my daughter says she doesn’t know about horses though.“

“Wow. Wow. Wow. My sweet Golden Retriever, Sunny, just came home from being groomed and HOLY COW she’s the softest I’ve ever felt her in my life. Like, she’s puppy soft. Her perfectly trimmed and shaped belly and ears brought tears to my eyes. She had surgery a few years ago on her back legs, and her bum fur never grew back the same. I have been sad because she used to have the fluffiest bum. SOMEHOW they got that bum fur to be soft and fluffy again!! Thank you for providing an exceptional service and for making my sweet pup feel safe and loved!“

“We only used them once as they were in the same leasing building as our favorite vet. But they did very well. Price was slightly higher than petsmart/petsco, but i do feel the quality of the grooming was better. And i think our dogs appreciated it a bit more.

If we didn't do the grooming ourselves 99% of the time, we would come here a lot more. And the rare occassion we don't do it ourselves, they are our go-to.“

“Terrific Vet!! Not sure who the Vets were during the other reviews but we have always had a good experience here. The Vets that we have seen have always been friendly and honestly concerned with the well being of our animals. The staff is friendly and accommodating (to the best of their ability) for scheduling. They stay busy and I have seen several repeat customers, I don't see how they can be that bad... See them once for your self, esp Doctor Palmer and then decide...“
