Our dog has high anxiety when it comes to getting a hair cut. She hates her face and paws touched. Shaunna has been the only groomer we have been to that has been able to groom our dog all the way.

I'm impressed! Just home from a first grooming of my winter-coated, matted golden doodle and I'm really happy with how she looks! When I got there (15 minutes late--forgot to set my alarm), Shawnna invited me in to her salon so that I could see where Dotty would be for the next hour. I was impressed with how sparkling and well-appointed it looked. She asked me to be back to pick up my pooch in an hour. I left to run some errands and received a call from the groomer 20 minutes or so later. After her bath and blow dry Dotty was found to be more matted than was first expected and she wanted to check with me before going ahead. They did an awesome job on my two boys. I have a pomeranian and a morkie. They were able to get me in Thursday when I called Tuesday. And bc we were the first appointment of the day and there were two ladies working, they finished in 2 hours, which is awesome. I was expecting longer bc at other groomers it usually takes 4-6 hours, sometimes just for my pom. It was a reasonable price, still way better than Petco and Petsmart. They listened to what I needed and wanted for my boys and they looked so good. Until my husband and I get stationed somewhere else, I'll keep taking my boys here!
