“If you care about your pets you WILL only take them here!!!Dr Ellis and Sherry are the most genuine people you will ever meet!!They truly care about our pet children and have always made sure we’re all taken care of. They saved our cats life and she stayed in their care for almost a week. All while I received frequent text messages through the day and the night with updates on my girl. She had blood transfusions and had to undergo another surgery to repair internal bleeding from the previous surgery performed by a different agency.Our most recent experience was with our senior dog. Dr ellis did all she could to ensure our dog had the best chance at having a good quality of life and followed us and checked up on us for about three months. Sherry and Dr Ellis allowed us to bring two of our kids with us, gave us Oreos to feed our girl… allowed us plenty of time to spend with her. When the time came for us to say our final goodbyes Dr Ellis and Sherry were so gentle with our girl. Dr Ellis and Sherry genuinely understand and are always supportive and caring!My family and I can not thank them enough for all they have done for us. “so, after a terrible ordeal with our now previous vet luckily we ended up here. at least a dozen other vets had no interest in helping my little 5 lb yorky but within a couple of mins on the phone with the folks at quail pointe veterinary clinic and we were set for a next day appointment. after consulting them and her exam we were given some good news as well as not so good. she's 14 yrs old and never spayed. slightly enlarged heart but nothing to worry about as well as some other age related issues. the point here is that Mac took the time along with the other techs to do a thorough and complete exam. after our discussion it was sched for mon and i have supreme confidence that they will give the very best care possible to my little girl. thanks to the staff. just a wonderful group of people.“
