Barnett Heating & Cooling, Refrigeration
“I've been Blessed to know Barnett HVAC since being a transplant from Chicago since 2015. Never have I experienced any personal service less than 5 Stars. Knowing and getting to know each one of their expanding team is not only enjoyable, but educating (as each team player explains and describes EXACTLY what they are examining and evaluating - throughout the Entire Process). I have always been shy about extended warranties - but Things Happen (as system boards and other fluke malfunctions happen). My 10-Year warranty more than paid for itself this past AC maintenance. I submitted an email over the weekend of this occurrence and indicated that since I had several fans in place - this was not an ASAP incident requiring immediate service).
Bright and early the following Monday morning, I received not only a phone call from VI, but an ETA of when a tech would be out. An assessment was quickly diagnosed, an ETA of when the Warrantied Part would arrive and updates also were provided me - I had No Doubts of the progress to resurrect my AC.
Whenever I work with Barnett HVAC, it is the Exact Same Results: Service with a Smile and Firm Reassurances of a Smooth Transition.
To anyone who has dealt with hassles, inconveniences and empty promises - you Won't Experience Any Disappointments with Barnett HVAC.
