Our water softener wasn't working correctly. Spencer came out to look at our system and immediately determined the failure. He went over our options and presented them in a well-defined professional manner that were easy to understand. He went above and beyond to help us make the right choice in a replacement system, which we purchased. We have been with Superior since 2011 and the serveries have been outstanding and professional. Spencer continues to reflect the exceptional standards that we have come to expect.
I purchased a new AC/heating unit thru Costco who picked Superior Water and Air as the independent contractor. Ryan who ran the project from Salt Lake city was very professional in every way. I received a bid for Good, Better and Best systems. After discussing the bids with Ryan I chose the best thinking I'm going to do this only once and there were many benefits going that route. He then scheduled me with two of his team who came down from Salt Lake city to do the install. Trevor and Logan came on time were pleasant and worked in 3 digit heat from 8:30 am until they finished. John and Kris came out to the house and checked our AC unit - was not cooling properly. They found the unit was not working properly Because of low refrigerant.
They were both knowledgeable, professional, and very courteous. We were happy with their service call and with Superior - thank you Jeff and Kay Ross.
