“I am Tony’s student and I will say this he is a great teacher and so is his other black belt he trains the kids to be tough smart and quick Tony makes sure that his students know their stuff that they are supposed to know and his student that teaches along side him is strict and that’s a good thing there isn’t any baby taps here if you take a punch and get back up that’s what you should do I am Tony’s brown belt and he’s taught me a lot and his black belt that teaches right beside him is a great teacher too“

Word of warning from people coming from 0 elevation, it is a little harder to roll at high elevation.“

“Lotus Blossom is amazing and so is Master Parnell. If you or your kids are interested in martial arts give them a try. His Haidong Gumdo class is beautiful to watch. Our son is a 2nd degree black belt in it and he has gained so much from being in the discipline. Master Parnell even lets people try the 1st class for free to see if they like it.“

I liked the three choices b of fitness aerobics, cardio aerobics and water walking. When done, just walk outside to the beautiful park so bring your lunch or just walk down the street to Hill & Hearth, Nordstrom rack, whole foods.
