I’ve had such a terrific time learning Karate and Ju-Jitsu from Koleton, Darrius, and the rest of the team at Championship Martial Arts. They have such a vast knowledge, and skill set training in these forms of self-defense plus they explain and deliver the information in an understandable, and digestable manner. They’re great quality people to learn from and help you understand/drill the fundaments, technique, strategy, and can help you understand the why behind their movement decisions. Taking the adult classes everyone is so generous with their knowledge to help you progress your skills. Come check them out, and experience it for yourself!

My daughter gets so excited for her karate classes each week! They are so much fun for her, and I have the benefit of knowing that she is getting good exercise and learning important values. The coaches are awesome with all the kids. I highly recommend that anyone looking for a karate class come check out Championship Martial Arts.

My son and daughter (currently 9 and 12) have been attending BLK in Sandy for a few years now, and it has certainly been one of the best things that they could have done. They have learned physical skills, personal confidence, and emotional resilience. They are taught more than just karate but also respect. Koleton, Nick, and the other instructors are amazing. Can't recommend enough!
