“I'm doing a Brazilian treatment minus landing strip here and have completed 106 hours so far. When I first started it would take about 9 3-hour sessions to do a full clearing, now it takes about 4 sessions. So I think I'm over halfway done! But it's different for every person (Jenne says I have stubborn hairs). I've had appointments with all of the current electrologists and they are all friendly, make me feel comfortable, and do great work. “Dr. Engen himself is fantastic, I got a procedure done with him a few years back and I still am loving the results. He is very invested in making sure patients genuinely like the results so we can feel our best. I gave 4 stars ONLY because one of his receptionists is always so rude. I don't look forward to when I have to call to make appointments, or when I have to go and check in for my appointment at the counter with her....she will cut you off mid sentence and roll her eyes at you. When I arrived for my appointment today, not even a hi how are you, right away she asked for the $50 consult fee, she then gives me an attitude and walks off to "discuss it with the doctor" when i told her that she should've told me beforehand about the fee on the phone when i called to make the appointment. Honestly it's not a huge deal, but it puts you in a bad mood before the appointment even starts.“
