“Dr. Engen himself is fantastic, I got a procedure done with him a few years back and I still am loving the results. He is very invested in making sure patients genuinely like the results so we can feel our best. I gave 4 stars ONLY because one of his receptionists is always so rude. I don't look forward to when I have to call to make appointments, or when I have to go and check in for my appointment at the counter with her....she will cut you off mid sentence and roll her eyes at you. When I arrived for my appointment today, not even a hi how are you, right away she asked for the $50 consult fee, she then gives me an attitude and walks off to "discuss it with the doctor" when i told her that she should've told me beforehand about the fee on the phone when i called to make the appointment. Honestly it's not a huge deal, but it puts you in a bad mood before the appointment even starts.“

“Karen is wonderful! She offers many different services. Electrolysis treatment so far has helped by thinning out my hair in the treated areas, permanently removing hair and making it so it grows back after a longer period of time than before.I also go to her for my body waxing needs. She uses the wax best suited for my skin and is very thorough and unbelievably fast! My skin is so smooth after and my hair doesn't grow back for several weeks!She's discreet, personable, professional, and she's very knowledgeable. Her office is always clean and the setting is so relaxing. I love the fact that I'm treated by the same person, it's only her seeing my business rather than multiple people. She's flexible with scheduling.Karen is such a sweet person. I literally won't go to any other spa or anyone else.“

“I have gone here 4 times now to get facials by the students. All the my experiences have been great and the students professional. My one dock of points is that I have noticed that it’s getting a little dingy and worn out loooking in there. The cleanliness could be better. Floors were dirty, walls were dingy need to be repainted, light bulbs are burnt out, my bedding was black on the areas that touched the floor! Just things like that. But if you’re looking for a good facial it’s a great place“
