I went with my son and received great service from Dr Herlevi and the medical assistant . We had some things I was hoping they could help with and it seems like it should help a lot. My son is younger and they did some cute things with him & helped him feel at ease. It was a bit of a wait but I think mostly because it’s a popular office and for the initial visit for us both, but altogether were really thankful and grateful for the great staff , help treatment we received!
Always professional ,extremely friendly and always smiling and make you feel welcome.Very knowledgeable and actually listen to me about what I'm experiencing.Very quick to get me back in a room where I have immediate help.
I had a pretty large and unsightly skin tag right next to my eye. The staff was very professional yet friendly. Dr. McDonald removed the tag quite swiftly and painlessly. I thought I would have a pretty noticeable scar, but a month and a half later I can hardly tell it was ever there! Very pleased! ?
