Not gonna lie..I was nervous about my 1st visit for CoolSculpting! The initial consultation over the phone (was not in house…not Orem’s fault) they set my treatment plan up a little wonky! Went in today & they talked me through all my options!! Staff was amazing & I felt extremely comfortable the entire time…go back in 90 days & am hopeful to see some results. P.S. - It does not hurt at all, I broke my tailbone about 6 months ago & it hurt the most sitting there for 1 1/2 hrs in the chair! Seriously, it is not bad at all. I will give consent & show results 90 days after double chin treatment when I am done with 2 possibly 3 cycle treatments! Did right & left chin...read full review

I will come back and update my review after I actually go in to get treatment. I thought Nicole was really kind and sweet in the consultation, and super patient. I am moving forward with my treatment, and I’m really excited. The only reason I dropped to four star is because I was a little taken back that they didn’t have before and after pics showing real results of their customers. I think that is a huge selling point that was skipped. They told me that the pictures are confidential, but they could get permission from people when the people sign up. I love this Clinic and the girls!! If you want a snatched waistline or fuller lips, you should stop in and see Lela, Jill or Audrey they are masters of filler and wrinkle relaxers! Also they do cool sculpting to get rid of the stubborn little fat spots that won’t go away!! And laser hair removal, can you imagine never having to shave!!!
