I'd called the right place.Shaun arrived on time, exactly 2 minutes early, and left on time, exactly 2 minutes early.Shaun offered a fair price and time frame, he worked with enthusiasm and alacrity.Our carpets smell and look clean, very clean. Shaun just left moments ago and the first floor is already dry enough for socks. My couch is only very slightly damp, I'm sitting on it now.I'm very pleased with the quality of work. “I love Ward Brothers carpet cleaning. I've been using them for about 8 years now. Even use them for my property management business. Affordable, responsive, very thorough, and honest about when we should treat for pet stains / odors and when they recommend to just stick with a standard carpet cleaning. They also do upholstery, and do a great job at it. I have two white rocker gliders that I thought I was going to have to get rid of or get reupholstered because of the staining on them. I wish I had before and after photos to post as evidence of the miracle. Sean was able to get nearly everything out and they look like brand new. Love their company!“

“I have requested the service from BREEZE CARPET CLEANING. Yet I had to choose between all the other companies out there, but I am glad I choose them among the other ones. I spoke with Jonny and Jonny was very professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable of his work.
Anytime he was applying a product, he let me know what product it was and educated me as well on it to show me how safe the product was especially since I have kids etc...
If you need a company to clean your carpet I definitely recommend you go with Breeze and make sure you ask for Jonny as you are not going to be going to be disappointed.

“*** Quality Guy - Quality Service ***I scheduled with Pink's because of the rotary method that is supposed to clean better than the standard method.Logan came out to our house last Thursday 5/30/24. I was at work the he came and my wife sent me pics of the first finished room.I noticed the quintessential carpet cleaning "triangles" on the carpet and wondered if he was using the rotary cleaner.My wife asked about it and he said it had broke that morning and was currently in the shop.He felt real bad about it especially after learning that's why I booked their service because the rotary does indeed clean better. He said he was throwing in some additional services for free (pet cleaning, odor eliminator etc) to make up for it and was going super slow to make sure the old method was going to be as close to the rotary method as possible.When my wife received the invoice at the end she noticed a generous adjustment to the amount due and when asked about it Logan said it's what he wanted to do because the rotary wasn't available and that's why we booked the service.He also offered to come back for free with the rotary if we weren't totally satisfied.And now that the carpets are fully dry and in use again, both my wife and I have commented a few times that the carpets are cleaner than they've been since we installed them!So not only did he do a better job than we've ever had (with the old method) but stood by his services and also provided excellent customer service.He's earned a lifetime customer from us.
