Robert and Mike cleaned our carpets after all the flooding in Draper, they were awesome!I did carpet cleaning and restoration for years, I consider myself qualified to determine who's worth their salt. This is the second time I've used them, they always under promised and over delivered. That's a great quality in a business.I would definitely recommend them and/or use them again!!Service: Carpet steam cleaning

Great job cleaning my carpets. I'm perfectly satisfied with the results. The only reason I didn't give a 5-star rating was because of the upselling. The price quoted was $99 for 450 sf and $.30 a square foot after that. But upon arrival, the tech told me of charges for pre-treatment, stains and stain-guard. To get what I wanted (clean carpets), I ended up paying $300 for the entire job. I am perfectly happy paying that for what I got and I don't want this experience to overshadow the results. I'm very happy with the results and my carpets are CLEAN. Just next time tell me upfront about additional charges.
