Carpet Cleaning in Spanish Fork

“*** Quality Guy - Quality Service ***I scheduled with Pink's because of the rotary method that is supposed to clean better than the standard method.Logan came out to our house last Thursday 5/30/24. I was at work the he came and my wife sent me pics of the first finished room.I noticed the quintessential carpet cleaning "triangles" on the carpet and wondered if he was using the rotary cleaner.My wife asked about it and he said it had broke that morning and was currently in the shop.He felt real bad about it especially after learning that's why I booked their service because the rotary does indeed clean better. He said he was throwing in some additional services for free (pet cleaning, odor eliminator etc) to make up for it and was going super slow to make sure the old method was going to be as close to the rotary method as possible.When my wife received the invoice at the end she noticed a generous adjustment to the amount due and when asked about it Logan said it's what he wanted to do because the rotary wasn't available and that's why we booked the service.He also offered to come back for free with the rotary if we weren't totally satisfied.And now that the carpets are fully dry and in use again, both my wife and I have commented a few times that the carpets are cleaner than they've been since we installed them!So not only did he do a better job than we've ever had (with the old method) but stood by his services and also provided excellent customer service.He's earned a lifetime customer from us.
