And they were also extremely patient when the other portion of the project was delayed for weeks and weeks. Plus, the installers were extremely professional and careful once installation day finally arrived. Don't hesitate to use them.“

“Did a great job. When the home was built, the roof trim was incorrectly installed without flashing and had degraded over the past 10 yrs of life. Plan was to replace it for longer life, but not enough room to add the flashing without major siding re-work. However, Kevin the project manager was able to have his team of Victor and Victor cut boards lengthwise just enough to add the flashing anyway. They also sealed up all the cracks in the siding from the past 10 yrs. And created a custom drainage/flashing solution for a problem area where the roof sloped into the side of a wall. Looks like new. The custom solution and flashing weren't in the bid, but RGS honored the original price. They made it like the house should have been done in the first place, when they could have just swapped the boards and been done with it. The whole team, Josh, Kevin, Victor, and Victor, all really, really well done!“

“Just got 16 windows installed a few years ago, I went through the house prior to installation on a cold day and took internal and external temps on my 20 year old double pane windows to see if they would make a difference. I went through again and found that in these freezing temperatures my old windows were about a 5 to 10 degree difference from the rest of my walls. These windows are only a 2 degree difference. Multiply that by the square footage of all the 40 windows combined and It really adds up. they block out the suns radiant heat and have saved money on my ac bills too. The teams that helped with getting financing and installation scheduled and put in have an been professional and courteous and it's been a great experience. An added bonus is the bronze trim is better looking than I expected and makes my whole house look better.“

“Tye, one of the owners, came out and bid the install within 48 hours and had the job completed within another 48 hours. It was significantly less than I was told previously by another source. A couple of rains have gone by and seems to be doing wonderfully. I cannot remember the technician’s name but he was fantastic, as well. Very quick and thorough, with no mess left behind. Should I need anything down the road, I will not hesitate to go straight to Double T.“
