Was invited by a freind to a hot yoga class. Having never experienced hot yoga and a newbue to yoga in general was grateful for the understanding and wonderful staff. The class was fast paced and I missed some cues but was a positive experience.
Wanted to wait after I have done a few classes before I write this review. It’s been 2 weeks and I have done about 5 classes a week. My experience here has been nothing but positive:Facility: the place is always clean and the restrooms have lockers, shower, lotion, shampoo conditioners, everything you need.Staff: staff is always welcoming, I have had different instructors for each class and all have been helpful through out the process.Classes: the classes are very challenging and I have seen an improvement in my body, health, mental, physical and overall how I feel throughout the day.Would highly recommend this place to anyone!
We have visited several yoga studios and have fallen in love with Suvita's hot yoga class! It is challenging and it is HOT! My husband and I go here on our date night and we love it! The instructors are great. The facilities are great. Wonderful place
