As an introvert who knows I should exercise more and frequently starts workout plans, going to any gym has always been difficult for me. Other things are easy to prioritize and the crowd can be intimidating. I had tried hot yoga previously and while I enjoyed the exercise itself, the cost combined with a room full of people and an instructor was not for me. HotWorks turned out to be the perfect balance. I've only started going a couple of weeks ago. So far appointments are easily booked for the time I need. I feel really good after. Still trying to be able to do the Hot Yoga the way you are supposed to but that will come with time. I do see and feel a difference and I'm glad it's not a classroom setting because I would be totally embarrassed. Here it's one on one with a video instructor so I can do what I can do without feeling others are judging me for not doing it appropriately. Would recommend this to anyone.

Great workout. I like that it is videos and 24hrs. Sometimes I need to come at 10pm just depending on the day so the flexibility knowing I am getting the same workout at 5pm am that I get at 1am. And the sauna experience is hot but great for recovery. Blast HIT classes at 15 mins are a must.
