chronic illness!! Raquel is my PT and she is sooo good at her job!! I’m feeling strength in places I haven’t had strength for a long time. It’s a slow process, but it is the intervention I definitely need at this time.

The pool is clean and warm. The equipment is clean and organized. The exercises they give me are very custom to my needs. Even more so than I’ve had in physical therapy in the past.

Being able to do this in the pool alleviates so much strain on my joints and muscles. The buoyancy and the pressure underwater works so well and bringing the difficulty level down, but still building muscle and strength.

I enjoy Raquel’s support so much!! I hope she works there for a very long time. I will be going there for a very long time and I’m so grateful.
