Been going here for years. Dr. Bird has always been able to help me in all my issues and has allowed me to progress athletically despite injuries and set backs. Incredibly nice and professional staff with a wealth of knowledge. Cannot recommend enough.

Dr. Bird and his team are top notch. From shoulder pain to recently helping me rehab post knee surgery, Dr Bird takes a comprehensive approach to getting me back to training for my goals. Time spent w/ Dr. Bird is balanced between therapy & educating me so I can put the work in outside of the clinic.

I was referred to Dr. Bird from a friend to seek a second opinion on a torn meniscus. I was wanting to avoid surgery unless absolutely necessary. Dr. Bird was attentive, personable, and professional. He listened to all of my concerns and helped not only my knee; but several chronic, lingering injuries. He helped me understand my pain, worked through my limitations, gave me homework to do my part with my recovery and always made sure that I felt comfortable and confident with the treatment plan.
