Physical therapy in Orem

“Never been to a chiropractor before and wasn’t sure what to expect when first starting.

I’ve been going now 3+ weeks after my accident and it’s been great, everyone’s been super nice. Dr Gomez has also worked a ton not just on my back and neck but the other areas that get inflamed from said injuries( arms, leg muscles ) . On top of that they create excercise plans etc. so that the injuries and pain don’t come back once . They definitely are not the type of chiropractor where you’re just in and out super quick without much care done and that is super valuable.

Dr. Howard and Dr. Chris’ expertise goes beyond the physical ailments. They go deep into explaining how your nervous system and cranial nerves impact your physical ability to move and ways to alleviate those blocks while working physically. I was shocked to learn so much of our body blocks healing that isn’t visual. It’s incredibly fascinating and they are both incredibly caring in how they show up for their patients.

While it may feel like torture, pressing and pulling on the spots that hurt, I leave feeling 100 times better than when I walked in.

Spencer, Caden, McKell, Brandon, Seth, Brenten and Jill have ALL been so helpful every day. Being greeted with a smile, a high five and “how are you doing today” goes a long way. I genuinely look forward to coming to PT.“

“Amazing. I went in right after running 42 miles. A run I hadn't trained for but did it to celebrate my birthday. I "walked" in sore and walked out feeling close to normal. In fact I walked to a nearby restaurant for dinner. 3 days after the run I didn't feel any affects in my legs. I'm certain this was due to the cryotherapy.
