Very difficult time with cancellation, and promises of upgrades and software resolutions to assist with our needs that never came. Their LucidPress software was not user friendly, and lacked the integrations that my team needed. The Lucid Chart was worth the initial product trail, but in the end the hype of the product did not match our end result.

I canceled and you still charged me. I'm still sorting this out and emailing you guys this is a kind of a hassle and I would recommend you guys communicating better with emails about whether I am being charged.
