Lived in our Home Center home for just over 10 years now. We like the design, but question the quality of the work of some of the subs. For example, our back rain gutter has never worked well -- see in the picture how it just streams from the corner and doesn't run down the pipe. In the other picture you can see the drip trim *literally on the front of our house* where the sub apparently thought this was acceptable. Mismatched colors, poor fit -- I get to see that front and center.

They built our dream home! Very easy to work with, made excellent suggestions through out the building process. Home is of excellent quality. We also worked with Tracie in selling our previous home. Process was fast and easy. Cherity made great suggestions for the new home and made excellent choices for fixtures etc. She was very willing to go the extra mile to make sure we had the things we wanted in it. Ryan was awesome in all his suggestions from the plans to what we needed inside, and outside. They were able to work all our wants and needs into the home. They have quality equal to zero, and word that means nothing. Worst builder I have worked with. They change tiles in bathroom without even asking, and than refused to fix it. Mess around and on the house, painting horrible. Really stay a way from this builder.
