We built this year & worked with Sky who was great throughout the entire process! Was very kind. Throughout the process we would be in contact with him & would get quick responses.
With the building process a few things got mixed up, but as soon as they were pointed out the corrections were made.

One thing I'd suggest to anyone building - DO the upgraded larger patio. We loved choosing to tile our master shower & the taller sliding glass door to the backyard.
Recommend-- Ask about a deep soaker! We upgraded our bathroom to the one with the bath tub & shower combo... badly on our part we assumed it was a large tub. But the bathroom off the hallway has a deeper...read full review
